RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At TheGenZClub, we want you to love what you wear. If something’s off, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Product tags must still be attached
  • Item must be in resellable condition

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Clear product photos (if applicable)

2. Exchange Policy

Need a different size? Happens.

We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange shipping charges may apply depending on location.


3. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • damaged product
  • wrong item
  • defective print
  • manufacturing defect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • unboxing video
  • clear photos
  • order number

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns/refunds for:

  • items bought during sale / clearance
  • limited edition drops (unless damaged/defective)
  • worn or washed products
  • products without tags
  • custom / personalized items
  • return requests after policy window

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if:

  • return is approved after inspection
  • item is unavailable for replacement
  • wrong/damaged product confirmed

Refund timeline:
5–10 business days after approval.

Refunds will be issued to:

  • original payment method

For COD orders:
refund will be processed via bank transfer / UPI after confirmation.


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once order processing/shipping starts, cancellation may not be possible.


7. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping charges may be deducted unless the issue was caused by us.
