1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on:

  • weekends
  • public holidays
  • peak sale periods

may take slightly longer.

Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email/SMS.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
Other Cities/Towns: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • courier delays
  • weather conditions
  • public holidays
  • unexpected operational issues

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping promotion is active.

Current offer:

FREE SHIPPING on orders above ₹999

For orders below the threshold, shipping charges will be shown at checkout.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and locations.

Please note:

  • additional COD charges may apply
  • fake / refused COD orders may be restricted from future COD purchases

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

  • tracking ID
  • courier details
  • shipment confirmation

If you do not receive tracking info within expected time, contact us.

6. Delayed Deliveries

Sometimes logistics decides to be dramatic 😭

While we aim to deliver within estimated timelines, delays may happen due to:

  • courier disruptions
  • high order volumes
  • festivals / public holidays
  • address issues
  • force majeure events

We appreciate your patience.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • incorrect address
  • wrong phone number
  • incomplete delivery details

If you need changes, contact us immediately after placing your order.


8. Lost / Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, contact us within 48 hours.

We’ll assist in investigating with the courier partner, but resolution depends on courier confirmation.


9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • customer unavailable
  • unreachable phone number
  • incorrect address

re-shipping charges may apply.

Repeated failed COD deliveries may lead to COD restrictions.


10. International Shipping

Currently, TheGenZClub ships only within India.

If international shipping becomes available, we’ll update this policy.
